Job summary
Ilocatum in Rochester, NH operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and seeks a Principal Planner to lead supply chain planning, master scheduling, and inventory across global operations. You will partner with Operations, drive MRP signals, and mentor the Planning team while leveraging Oracle EBS/ASCP.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment
- Expertise in MRP and planning signals
- Experience with Oracle EBS and ASCP
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Responsibilities
- Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and commitments
- Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production
- Partner with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track
- Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks
- Identify end-of-life inventory, and manage new product implementations
- Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership
- Escalate issues and drive cross-functional solutions
- Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Train team on Oracle ASCP to raise planning capabilities
- Support 5S standards and ISO safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements
