Job summary

Key People is seeking a Principal Planner to lead cross-functional supply chain planning at a state-of-the-art facility in Rochester, NH. The role focuses on mastering scheduling, inventory planning, and coordinating with Operations to meet contractual commitments.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP expertise, and Oracle EBS/ASCP experience. Relocation assistance and a strong bonus are offered for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification would be a plus; Oracle EBS/ASCP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer commitments.
• Improve accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations for the program(s).
• Deliver analytics and insights to leadership and train others on data access and usage.
