Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Principal Planner to lead end-to-end supply chain planning at a 24/7 Rochester, NH facility. You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with Operations and Manufacturing.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP/ERP expertise (Oracle EBS/ASCP), and a track record of driving cost reductions and process improvements. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in MRP signals and planning accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and ERP systems.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and ASCP.
• Ability to train others and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer commitments.
• Tune MRP signals to optimize production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve constraints and keep schedules.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead 5S and ISO safety compliance initiatives.
• Provide analytics and training on planning data to leadership.
• Escalation point for cross-functional planning decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Support Oracle ASCP knowledge across the team.
