Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Principal Planner for a Rochester, NH manufacturing facility. You will supervise global supply chain planning, master scheduling, and inventory control to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, deep MRP expertise, and ERP experience (Oracle EBS/ASCP). Relocation assistance is available and a strong bonus structure is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global manufacturing environment with planning responsibilities.
• Expertise in MRP signals, ERP systems, and customer-focused planning.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP is a plus, Excel proficiency required.
• Willingness to relocate to Rochester, NH with company assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to provide clear analytics to leadership.
• Provide training on planning tools and act as escalation point for planning issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Sustain 5S standards and follow Safety and ISO procedures.
