Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Principal Planner for a 250-year-old, brand-name manufacturing leader in Rochester, NH. You will oversee supply chain planning across master scheduling, inventory, and production, aligning with contractual commitments and customer needs.

The role partners with Operations, drives MRP signals, leads continuous improvement, trains team on Oracle ASCP, and supports ISO/Safety programs. Relocation assistance is available for local and nearby candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong MRP expertise and compliant planning signals.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP and ERP systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Rochester, NH or commute.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and align with contractual commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve constraints and stay on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
