Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Principal Planner for a high-growth manufacturing plant in Rochester, NH.

The role centers on owning supply chain planning, master scheduling, inventory planning, and coordinating with Operations to meet contractual commitments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a global production environment, strong MRP/ERP proficiency (Oracle ASCP/Oracle EBS), and APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in MRP and ERP systems.
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
Willing to relocate to Rochester, NH or reside within feasible commuting distance.
Ability to pass a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligning with customer commitments.
Drive accuracy and effectiveness of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and strengthen supply chain performance.
Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
