SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks an experienced Principal Planner for a Rochester, NH manufacturing plant. The role partners across functions to manage supply chain, master scheduling, inventory, and contractual commitments while aligning with production and operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in a global manufacturing setting, strong MRP and ERP expertise, APICS a plus, and the ability to train others and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP optimization and scheduling.
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP and ERP systems.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Able to train others and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues and keep production on track.
• Monitor schedules and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and new product launches.
• Deliver analytics to leadership and train team members.
• Escalate as needed and lead cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and raise performance.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP for planning capabilities.
• Contribute to 5S standards and safety procedures.
