True North Consultants, Inc. in Rochester, NH is seeking a Principal Planner to lead end-to-end supply chain planning at a 250-year-old, brand-name leader. The role focuses on master scheduling, inventory planning, and aligning contractual commitments with Operations and Manufacturing.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in global manufacturing, strong MRP expertise, and proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP. Onsite request with relocation assistance and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (will consider equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and planning signals.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines to meet customer expectations.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations for programs.
• Provide analytics and training to Planning team on data gathering and insights.
• Act as escalation point and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.
• Train others on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
