Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting enterprise integration, middleware, messaging, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering, platform, infrastructure, or technology teams with delivery and talent development.
• 5+ years administering, architecting, and optimizing IBM MQ environments.
• 4+ years designing, developing, and supporting IBM ACE or IBM Integration Bus (IIB) solutions.
• 3+ years implementing high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, DevOps automation, CI/CD, and hybrid/cloud integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and IBM ACE platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
• Drive platform automation, operational efficiency, and performance optimization with modern engineering practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, support models, and delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives.
