Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting enterprise integration, middleware, messaging, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering, platform, infrastructure, or technology teams.
• 5+ years administering IBM MQ environments with performance tuning and recovery.
• 4+ years designing, developing, and supporting ACE/IIB solutions.
• 3+ years implementing high-availability architectures, DR, DevOps automation, CI/CD, and hybrid/cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and IBM ACE platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
• Drive platform automation, operational efficiency, performance optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams with ownership, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, support models, technology lifecycle planning, and delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives.
