Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for MQ and ACE Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of IBM MQ and ACE platforms across the enterprise. You will oversee reliability, automation, security, governance, and operations, partnering with Application, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to drive modernization and cost-effective connectivity.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise integration environments within large organizations.
5+ years leading engineering or platform teams with delivery accountability.
5+ years administering IBM MQ environments with optimization and support.
4+ years designing IBM ACE/IIB solutions across complex landscapes.
3+ years implementing high-availability, DR, DevOps, CI/CD, and hybrid/cloud integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and IBM ACE platforms.
Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, standards, and governance.
Drive platform automation, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness.
