CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of MQ and ACE Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations for IBM MQ and ACE platforms. You Will partner with multiple lines of business, define governance, and drive automation and reliability across mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep IBM MQ/ACE expertise, strong leadership, and a track record delivering enterprise integration initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with delivery accountability.
• 5+ years administering IBM MQ environments and ACE/IIB solutions.
• 3+ years in high-availability, DevOps, and cloud-based integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of IBM MQ and ACE platforms.
• Define the MQ/ACE strategy, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
• Drive automation, performance, capacity planning, and DR readiness.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee complex enterprise integration initiatives across environments.
