Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, MQ and ACE Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations for enterprise messaging and integration platforms, including IBM MQ and ACE. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7+ years supporting enterprise integration, middleware, messaging, or platform engineering environments.
5+ years leading engineering, platform, infrastructure, or technology teams with delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and IBM ACE platforms.
Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
Drive platform automation, operational efficiency, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams with a culture of ownership and accountability.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives.
