Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise integration or platform engineering environments.
• 5+ years leading engineering or technology teams delivering complex platforms.
• 4+ years designing and supporting IBM MQ and ACE solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, operations, modernization of IBM MQ and ACE platforms.
• Define strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Drive automation, performance, capacity planning, and DR readiness.
• Mentor high‑performing teams and foster ownership and collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery of complex integration initiatives.
