Qualifications

7+ years supporting enterprise integration, middleware, messaging, or platform engineering environments.
5+ years leading engineering, platform, infrastructure, or technology teams.
5+ years administering, architecting, and optimizing IBM MQ environments.
4+ years designing, developing, and supporting ACE/IIB solutions.
3+ years implementing high-availability, disaster recovery, DevOps automation, and hybrid/cloud integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise IBM MQ and ACE platforms.
Define and execute the MQ and ACE platform strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
Drive platform automation, performance optimization, capacity planning, and DR readiness.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and delivery of complex enterprise integration initiatives.
