Job summary

All Western Mortgage is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor / Loan Partner to own files from contract to closing. This role is not entry-level; you will coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, title, and closing teams to maintain momentum and ensure timely closings.

You must have strong mortgage processing experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under tight deadlines. Growth potential exists as the branch expands and processes improve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent loan processing experience with a mortgage banker or mortgage lending company.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM.
• Ability to calculate buyer income for various types of loans.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, time management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for title companies, real estate agents, loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters to facilitate a timely loan closing.
• Verify that all loan files and disclosures comply with company policies and state/federal guidelines.
• Verify accuracy of documents (title, applications, appraisals, credit reports, income/assets) and provide to underwriters promptly.
• Order third-party documents for residential loans, maintain the mortgage file, and help clear underwriting conditions.
• Accurately input loan file documentation into necessary software programs.
