Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for title companies, mortgage loan officers, real estate agents, borrowers, and underwriters to facilitate timely closings.
• Verify accuracy of loan documents (title insurance, applications, appraisals, credit reports, income/assets) and provide to underwriters.
• Input loan file documentation into necessary software programs.
• Create and maintain mortgage loan files; order third-party docs as needed.
