We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Loan Processor to join our team at CrossCountry Mortgage. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, deep mortgage knowledge, and a passion for delivering an exceptional borrower experience. You’ll be at the center of the loan process — driving files forward, coordinating with multiple parties, and ensuring smooth closings. Responsibilities: • Manage loan files from submission through funding • Review, request, and process borrower documentation and loan conditions • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files in compliance with company and investor guidelines • Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title/escrow officers, and real estate agents • Maintain up-to-date records and notes in Encompass and CRM systems (e.g., Jungo) • Keep pipeline organized and proactively follow up on outstanding items Qualifications: • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience required • Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • At Least 4 years of current loan processing experience. • 3+ years of recent mortgage processing experience • Proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination System • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong understanding of loan guidelines, disclosures, and investor overlays • Experience managing high-volume pipelines preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $95,000
