WizeHire, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) to move loans from lock through funding with exceptional client service. You will own a high-volume pipeline, proactively communicate with teammates, and ensure accurate underwriting submissions and closings.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience, strong knowledge of guidelines, and outstanding attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years mortgage processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage loans from lock through funding to ensure timely closings.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files.
• Minimize underwriting conditions and ensure loan files meet quality standards.
