Private Job Board is seeking a Senior Loan Processor in the Charlotte area to partner with Originators, Borrowers, Underwriting and Closing teams in preparing loan files. The Senior Loan Processor may also train staff and handle escalated member issues, acting as a subject matter expert for the LOS.

You will collaborate with branch staff and third-party vendors, ensuring timely processing and adherence to TRID and regulatory guidelines.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years in mortgage processing or underwriting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with LOS and TRID compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead training for new Mortgage Loan Processors and share best practices.
• Prioritize resources to meet key objectives with efficiency.
• Coordinate disclosures, appraisals, and VOE for loan files.
• Review applications for accuracy and ensure LOS updates.
