CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Bilingual Loan Processor to deliver excellent customer service by collecting and organizing loan documentation, disclosures, and regulatory compliance. This role operates within Eastern Time for East Coast coverage.

You will review credit, income, and assets, assemble underwriting packages, and coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to finalize loan files. Strong bilingual skills and RESPA familiarity are required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations (Reg Z, Reg B) and loan documents.
• Excellent math and analytical skills; strong communication abilities.
• Encompass experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review borrower credit, income, employment, and assets to prepare underwriting package.
• Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify required documentation and complete loan checklists.
• Communicate with Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain missing documents.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of Forms 1008 and 1003.
