Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to provide quality customer service by collecting and verifying documentation for underwriting. The role requires reviewing borrower data, assembling the loan package, and ensuring compliance with RESPA, TIL, and other regulations.

Strong communication with loan officers and customers is essential. Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience, familiarity with Encompass, and solid

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
Experience with Encompass and mortgage-related regulations.
Knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements.

Responsibilities

Review borrower credit, income, and assets for underwriting.
Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify documentation and ensure application accuracy.
Prepare loan approvals, 1008/1003 forms, and communicate with involved parties.
Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and obtain required disclosures.
Manage pipeline and assist in closing and servicing as needed.
