Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to support the West Coast region. You will review borrower details, assemble packages for underwriting, and communicate with Loan Officers to obtain missing information.

This role requires strong mortgage processing experience and regulatory knowledge. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with underwriters and originators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass.
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations, including Regulation Z/B.
• Familiarity with DU/LP, MS Office, Windows.
• Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, income, employment and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and complete loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summary and required disclosures.
• Maintain pipeline and assist with closing, servicing, and related tasks.
