Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and mortgage documentation.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and B requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower’s credit, employment, income and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of documents.
