Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to ensure timely underwriting by gathering documentation, validating disclosures, and coordinating with borrowers and loan officers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience, proficiency with Encompass, and solid knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and related guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, income, assets for underwriting.
• Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and complete loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and required disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA,Reg. B and related rules.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, customers, and Underwriters.
