CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to handle end-to-end mortgage processing tasks, including document collection, underwriting preparation, and compliance verification. The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with loan officers and underwriters to ensure timely funding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass.
• Knowledge of DU, LP, and mortgage regulations (RESPA, Reg Z, Reg B).
• Proficient in DU/LP, MS Office and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble loan package for underwriting in proper order.
• Verify documentation and complete loan checklist; ensure accuracy of forms 1008 and 1003.
• Communicate with Loan Officer and Underwriter to obtain missing documentation.
