Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is hiring a Loan Processor to deliver high‑quality customer service by collecting and organizing documentation for underwriting. You will interact with customers, loan officers, and underwriters to secure timely, accurate disclosures and keep each file compliant with regulations.

The role requires at least 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience, proficiency in Encompass, and solid knowledge of RESPA and Regulation Z/B.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass.
• Working knowledge of RESPA and Regulations Z/B requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform review of borrower’s credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting readiness.
• Assemble loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and ensure application completeness.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of printed documents.
• Review loans for compliance with mortgage regulations and disclosures.
• Coordinate with third parties to obtain surveys, certificates, title, and payoff information.
• Manage pipeline and assist with loan setup, closings, and servicing as needed.
