The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Personal Production Assistant - Sr to support the sales function and one or more MLOs, handling client interaction, documentation, and servicing of relationships. This office-based role emphasizes accuracy in file handling and compliance with investor guidelines.

You will assist with underwriting preparation, loan file validation, and reporting, while coordinating with teams to ensure timely closing and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex account problems.
• Advise and counsels clients on bank products and services.
• Process and maintain accurate documentation for the sales function or an MLO.
• Prepare reports from a variety of sources.
• Prepare files for underwriting/validation and ensure compliance with Huntington and investor guidelines.
• Close loans and ensure loan file compliance.
• Coordinate file setup and related tasks as assigned.
