Huntington Bank is seeking a Personal Production Assistant - Sr to provide administrative support for a sales function and assist one or more Mortgage Loan Officers in establishing and servicing client relationships. This role emphasizes meticulous document handling and coordination with underwriting to support loan files.

Responsibilities include recommending bank products, preparing and routing files for underwriting, and ensuring adherence to Huntington and investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with accounts.
• Advise and counsel clients on bank products and services.
• Process and maintain accurate and complete documentation for the sales function or an MLO.
• Compile information from various sources to prepare reports.
• Prepare files for underwriting/validation and coordinate with underwriting.
• Close loans and ensure file compliance with Huntington and investor guidelines.
