Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is hiring for a Personal Production Assistant to provide administrative support for the mortgage retail sales department.

You will work with high‑producing loan officers to establish and maintain client relationships, cross‑sell banking products, and prepare files for underwriting. The role involves data entry, document collection, and ensuring accuracy of mortgage paperwork while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales support role.
• Mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC and Internet proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support for the mortgage retail sales department by supporting high producing mortgage loan officers.
• Manage day-to-day activities and client interactions to establish and maintain the relationship with Huntington.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist loan officers by collecting and maintaining documentation and preparing for meetings.
• Answer phones, data entry of loan applications, and filing.
• Prepare files for underwriting/validation and ensure compliance with guidelines.
