Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Personal Production Assistant to provide administrative support for the mortgage retail sales department.

You will assist loan officers, manage client interactions, and help maintain accurate documentation and processing for mortgage transactions. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, and preparing materials for underwriting while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales support role.
• Mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Referral experience that includes providing related product and service options to customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including professional grammar and demeanor.
• PC and Internet proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• The Personal Production Assistant provides administrative support for mortgage retail sales by supporting high producing loan officers.
• Manages day-to-day activities and interaction between client and Huntington, including documentation and relationship maintenance.
• Cross-sells bank products and services and assists the loan officer with collecting and maintaining documents.
