Huntington Bank is seeking a Senior Personal Production Assistant to provide administrative support for a sales function and assist a Mortgage Loan Originator team. You will handle client interactions, establish and document relationships, and help maintain loan files in accordance with Huntington and investor guidelines.

The role involves researching and solving account issues, advising clients on bank products, and preparing files for underwriting while ensuring compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with accounts.
• Advise clients on bank products and services.
• Process and maintain accurate and complete documentation for the sales function or an MLO.
• Prepare reports from a variety of sources.
• Prepare files for underwriting/validation and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Close loans and manage loan files per Huntington and investor requirements.
