Job summary

JPMorganChase in Peoria, IL seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through every step of their mortgage journey. You will serve as the primary contact, applying deep knowledge of home lending products to build trusted relationships and help customers achieve homeownership.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs and goals.
