JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guide mortgage decisions and collaborate with bankers to grow originations with a customer-centric approach.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, NMLS registration, and deep product knowledge to advise clients on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC programs and related financing options. Strong communication and local market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports up the chain.
• Builds relationships with customers and maintains mortgage expertise.
• Provides consultative financial guidance based on customer needs.
