The role demands deep knowledge of mortgage products (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), excellent communication, and the ability to guide clients from pre-qualification to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with product training.
• Meets with customers and introduces clients to bankers.
• Collaborates on marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations.
