Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage lifecycle. You will be the primary contact, supported by a team with strong product knowledge and regulatory acumen.

You will advise on FHA/VA and conventional loans, build relationships with branches, and drive customer-centric lending solutions while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
