Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will work with a motivated team and adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing JPMorgan Chase's financial products.

As the mortgage expert, you will guide clients in local markets, collaborate with branch teams, and contribute to growth through cross-sell and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, ads, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound leads, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers' needs.
