JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, mortgage product knowledge, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. You will collaborate with bankers and the branch network to grow loan originations while guiding clients on suitable mortgage options and maintaining professional standards in line with NMLS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
