Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan. You will help guide clients toward homeownership and drive originations while adhering to regulatory requirements and leveraging the firm’s marketing resources.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer experience, and in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, with opportunities to grow within a high-energy team and a respected financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media ads, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and report relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
