Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. You will be the primary contact for customers, leveraging marketing efforts and cross-selling opportunities while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will mentor branch staff and collaborate with bankers to deliver an outstanding customer experience, building strong mortgage expertise and relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
