Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage life cycle. You will serve as the primary contact, supporting customers with home lending products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You’ll collaborate with bankers and branches to grow mortgage originations and deliver an exceptional customer experience through targeted marketing and cross-sell initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and customer needs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex mortgage products.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team with product training.
• Meet with customers and introduce clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Serve as internal/external mortgage expert and maintain client relationships.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
