Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will support the team with product knowledge while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting the bank's mortgage solutions.

You will join a driven, customer-focused team dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership, with opportunities to grow within Chase Home Lending.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
