Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the main contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and promoting Chase's financial products.

You will work with a motivated team to guide clients toward homeownership and financial solutions. You will leverage knowledge in lending products, state and federal guidelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an outstanding client experience and drive mortgage originations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
