Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting Chase home lending products.

The role lives within Chase Home Lending with a high-energy team dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership. You will coach branch teams on products, meet with clients alongside bankers, collaborate on marketing efforts, and position yourself as the internal mortgage expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch teams on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces clients to bankers.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships and serves as mortgage expert with customers.
• Provides consultative financial guidance based on customer needs.
