Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Michigan Port Huron is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, using deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to serve as the primary contact.

You will collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, mentor branch teams, and uphold an exceptional customer experience through coordinated marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
