You will leverage your knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Collaborating with branch teams, you will market mortgage solutions, build relationships, and ensure compliance with FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines while coaching others to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch teams on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces clients to bankers.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds role as mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
