Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Works with bankers to meet customers and introduces them to additional products.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
