Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Michigan is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will train branch teams, meet with clients, and coordinate with bankers to promote mortgage products while upholding regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership, collaborating with retail branches, and delivering a superior customer experience through coordinated marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
