Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, Chase Home Lending, invites a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join our Texas operation. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, applying deep knowledge of home lending products while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving mortgage originations across the branch network.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with bankers to meet client needs, and promote FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
