Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join Chase Home Lending in Texas. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying expert knowledge of home lending products within regulatory guidelines.

You will coach branch teams, meet clients, and collaborate on marketing and cross-sell initiatives to promote mortgage originations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
